Action Steps:
- Since I'm in charge of overseeing setup and tear down, I need to make a list of what needs to be done. That way, if I'm sick or unable to be there for some reason, someone else can easily step in for me.
- I'm also going to recruit a set-up crew of students and/or adults.
- Give my completed lists to Annette by the end of March.
As you can see, I edited your post a little to give it some measurable steps. The lists I added are because we do need to have that in case you would be unable to get there for some reason. The list might be somewhat simple right now, but as this service evolves, we'll need to keep adding to it. Thanks.
